STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. search for 'task switcher" kcm in the apps launcher and open it
2. under "Visualization", select "Compact" or "Breeze dark"
3. apply the setting
4. press alt+tab and hold alt key
4. try to switch apps by pressing the arrow keys 

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens


EXPECTED RESULT
you can switch apps using the arrow keys

The Compact switcher works fine. The problem seem to be present only in the Informative switcher.

bug 370185 is supposedly fixede in plasma 5.15.
My report is about plasma 5.15.2.

No, one patch didn't end up in 5.15. Anyway, it should be fixed in 5.15.3
