Description Robert Riemann 2019-02-24 22:33:21 UTC
This is a wishlist item to avoid unintentional batch deleting of mails.

I configured the expiration of some IMAP folders in KMail2 for the first time. There are two options:

1) Move expired message to …
2) Delete expired messages permanently (default)

If the user (me) forgets to configure a folder for (1) and presses directly on the button "save settings and expire", than messages are permanently lost.

Henceforth, I suggest to add a security question dialogue popping up when (2) is still selected, asking if one really has the intention to delete mails permanently.
