current virtual desktops option

SUMMARY
I often switching windows by placing a cursor on task manager and scrolling and it’s always sad when you missing needed window. I think it should be good to have the same behavior as the dolphin's tabs (or as virtual desktops do, see the screen), that when you do full scroll up you are getting to the first tab and full scroll down for the last one. Currently it is going to 'endless' switching between windows depending on for how long you've pushed the scroll.

Heck I'd even do this by default and never wrap. IMO wrapping makes scrolling through tabs/tasks/whatever intolerably awful instead of really convenient
