plasma-browser-integration with Opera browser is failing on neon dev unstable. Plasma shows a notification with barely visible icon while breeze dark theme is used. See the screenshot.

That notification is removed from the upcoming version. The browser action popup used instead supports dark mode, at least on Firefox.
