Look at the CPU usage on the bottom and then at the graph. Also youtube was running in the background at 4k and the network graph shows no activity.

SUMMARY
On the System Load tab the CPU History and Network History always remain empty.
Linux stability at its finest.



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the application
2. Navigate to system load tab
3. Not getting correct results
