screenshot of partition properties

SUMMARY
In the device/partition properties dialogs, there is a map of the device/partition at the top. When the dialog is shrunk vertically to its minimum size, the next row of widgets are pushed on top of it. The 'flags' list widget at the bottom of partition properties also becomes unusable because it is only big enough to show half an item.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.55.0
Qt Version: 5.12.1

This bug still exists in 4.0.0.

Have you tried with clean environment? Only the default size was changed. If too small size was already written to settings, it might stay too small.

I haven't tried a clean environment, but this was about the minimum size, not the default (although they appear to be the same). I have tried resizing the window and it only remembers the new size until the window is closed. After reopening, the properties dialog reverts to minimum size. It seems there are two problems: the dialog size is not remembered, and the minimum size is too small.

Oh indeed, I can resize it to be too small too.

Well, if you can fix minimum size, that would speed things up.
If not, I'll try to fix it at some point later, when I have more free time.
