SUMMARY
A click on Desktop toolbox shows menu once. After the next click the menu disappears and following clicks on the icon doesn't make menu visible. Plasmashell must be restarted for repairing but bug will appear again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on Desktop toolbox to show menu (menu appeared)
2. Click on Desktop toolbox to hide menu
3. Click on Desktop toolbox to show menu
4. Nothing appears
5. Restart 'plasmashell' and go to step '1.'

OBSERVED RESULT
The menu does not shown.

EXPECTED RESULT
The menu should be shown.

This was recently fixed, though I'm embarrassed to admit that I am unable for the life of me to find the commit that did it, and therefore what release that fix will make it into. However, I promise that it's fixed now in the code and  you should get the fix soon. :)

Hah, I did see that commmit, but didn't realize that it was the one that fixed this. :)
