SUMMARY
I have neon dev unstable installed on my laptop with a touchscreen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. boot your system
2. when login screen (SDDM) appears, try to select another session (Wayland or X11) tapping the dropdown using the touchscreen
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
the dropdown opens and closes immediately

EXPECTED RESULT
after you tap the dropdown, it remains open until an option is selected

I can't reproduce this problem anymore.
