Description David 2019-02-17 12:49:10 UTC
Steps to reproduce:
* Set task manager to icons-only task manager
* Pin Evolution to the taskbar
* Launch evolution
* However mouse above Evolution’s icons
* Wait until preview is generated

Expected behavior: should show a preview of the window like it does with other applications.

Actual behavior: the preview box only shows the Evolution icon.

Reproducible: always.

Are you talking about Evolution mail client?
If so, I can't confirm.

KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.55.0
Qt Version: 5.12.1

By any chance when it happens and doesn't show. Is evolution actually minimized?

If yes that behavior can be changed on the compositor settings.

Doesn't seem to make a difference, but now I'm noticing it happens for more applications and pretty much at random.
