SUMMARY
When opening the appimage, I get this error:

./krita-4.1.7-x86_64.appimage: error while loading shared libraries: libnsl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I'm running Fedora 29, with Gnome as the DE.

Can you please check whether the nightly appimage build works? See https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Krita_Nightly_Appimage_Build/ -- that should be using a newer linuxdeployqt which might have the exclude list fixed as noted in the link above.
