NOTE: This is a Window Title Applet ticket (not Latte Dock). I don't think that the component has been added to the bug tracker.

SUMMARY
The Window Title Applet doesn't refresh the position fast enough when

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Window Title inside a Latte-Panel between spacers
2. Set the Window Title to display maximum 1500 characters
3. Open 2 different applications (1 with a really long name, and 1 with a shorter one)
4. Switch between the 2 opened applications

OBSERVED RESULT
You can see that the title icon and name has changed, but the position (or the displayed characters hasn't). This refresh takes about 0.5 seconds before the applet adjusts itself to the new title.

personally I dont know how to fix this so if anyone can contribute feel free provide patches for review...
