SUMMARY

When I right-click with the mouse on the plasma desktop (in folder mode) options such as running programs have disappeared from the context menu.
Now it looks like files being browsed in dolphin.


OBSERVED RESULT
Looks like right click in dolphin not in the desktop.

EXPECTED RESULT
Before I could "open" a program like run, now I get the option "open with kwrite" or "open with...".
