SUMMARY
Font scaling is blurry on HiDPI in GTK applications

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use wayland
2. Configure display scaling (e.g. a factor of 2)
3. Open a GTK application. Firefox is a good example

OBSERVED RESULT
Fonts within firefox itself, and webpages, are very blurry

EXPECTED RESULT
Smoothly scaled fonts, like the rest of the environment

Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.15
KDE Plasma Version: 5.15
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.55
Qt Version: 5.12

Using KDE Neon (5.15)

GTK apps with high DPI support are fine. See gtk-demo 
Firefox is running in xwayland.
