KInfocenter displaying the incorrect distribution name.

SUMMARY
KInfocenter displays "Ubuntu 5.14" as the name of distribution instead of "KDE neon 5.14"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Typed in Command: sudo pkcon refresh
2. Typed in Command: sudo pkcon update
3. Pressed "y" then enter
4. After updates finished, checked KInfocenter

OBSERVED RESULT
Before the update, KInfocenter displays the name of the distribution as "KDE neon 5.14"
After the update, KInfocenter displays the name of the distribution as "Ubuntu 5.14"
Other programs like neofetch recognizes the system as "Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS x86_64"

EXPECTED RESULT
KInfocenter should display "KDE neon 5.14" as the name of the distribution and other programs should recognize the system as a KDE neon system as well.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: N/A
MacOS: N/A
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon 5.14 | Linux 4.15.0-45-generic
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.55.0
Qt Version: 5.12.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Possibly caused by an update of an Ubuntu package "base-files-10.1ubuntu2.4.amd64" which results in KDE neon's base files being overwritten. I may not be so sure if that's the culprit, but an update did change the name of the distribution for sure.
