plasmashell Runtime Logs ScreenShot

SUMMARY

I can't remove or configure the default panel. I reinstalled Arch Linux for the bug! Nothing changed! Same error, same problem.

I tried:
1. My OS up to date. I downgraded all plasma and qt packages. 
2. I removed caches and conf files. Reinstall to all plasma and qt packages.
3. I reinstalled Arch Linux.

OBSERVED RESULT

Nothing changed. Same error, same problem!

EXPECTED RESULT

I want to remove the panel. I using cairo-dock.
