Hardware: a laptop with an internal Sierra EM7455 4G modem Steps to reproduce: - enable 4G - suspend - resume - wait the ~10s that the modem needs to initialize and show up - click the "Networks" icon in the tray to open the applet After these steps the 4G modem is enabled (as it was enabled before suspend), but the "Enable mobile network" checkbox in the popup is disabled, which requires an extra click to disable it if needed.
This happens for X230 with 3G modem for many KDE versions as well. Even the Enable wireless checkbox behaves the same actually. Is it possible that this is a more general issue?

Ok, thanks anyway! Sorry we weren't able to get it figured out.
