Archive is not yet available error

I tried to update my Neon Dev Unstable VM today and repeatedly got the following error message (see attached screenshot) from Discover. This reproduced four times.

Apt doesn't check for the Release file every time you run apt update, so this error seems intermittent. But it seems to happen every time apt checks for the Release file in http://archive.neon.kde.org/user.

Err:26 http://archive.neon.kde.org/user bionic Release

E: The repository 'http://archive.neon.kde.org/user bionic Release' no longer has a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

Yup, unfortunately this isn't actually a bug in the software we can do anything about, something is awry with the servers. The KDE sysadmins are on it though.
