Description José JORGE 2019-01-30 10:24:28 UTC
If a user configures the power button to suspend the system, it works as expected. But there is a use case where it should not : when the screen is black. An average user press the power button when the screen is black to poweron the system. In this case it suspends the system.
Windows systems only awake the screen in this case, which seems more ergonomic.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure suspend to RAM when power button is used.
2. Put the screen in energy save (ex. "xset dpms force off")
3. Press the power button

OBSERVED RESULT
The system awakes the monitor and suspends.

EXPECTED RESULT
The system only awakes the monitor.
