I think I'm stuck in a dead end.
I solved installing thunderbird but for me since december isn't possible to use kmail.
I tryied to remove all the akonadi DB and reinitialize it. I cannot get it working again.
The simptom is that Whenever I want to create a imap/kolab resource, the wizard dialog hangs.
I cannot find how to bypass the dialog and verify settings manually
