Description alexkde 2019-01-28 20:44:45 UTC
SUMMARY

Changing the setting of an annotation tool (e.g. the notes or the marker) does not apply to earlier annotations.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Choose a specific annotation, e.g.:

1. Color an area with a rectangle in yellow
2. Change the color of this annotation tool to green
3. Color something else with this annotation tool

OBSERVED RESULT
The first annotation stays yellow, while the second annotation is green.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a dialogue to ask the user if all annotations by this tool shall change the color to the new setting.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.54.0
Qt Version: 5.12.0

This is by design.

Just think that you're using a different pen, the annotations done with the old pen won't change because of that.
