Screenshot move track buttons are disabled

SUMMARY
It it not possible to move audio/video tracks up and down.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on a track

OBSERVED RESULT
Move upwards/downwards buttons are disabled (see attached screenshot)

EXPECTED RESULT
Move upwards/downwards buttons are enable

Confirmeed. It's even not possible in the refactoring version.

Thanks for your report but this is not possible anymore to do after the refactoring since we adopted another paradigm.
