SUMMARY
KDevelop doesn't export the correct progress information.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a new Include directory and rescan the project

OBSERVED RESULT
1. When the rescan starts, kwin is notified of the existence of a progress status and will display it. However, the progress updates are not communicated further.

EXPECTED RESULT
1. The KWin's progress bar and the KDevelop progress status should be identical.
