KDE Frameworks Version: 5.49.0
Qt Version: 5.9.6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Detected in 2.7.1 version, also reproduced for 2.7.0 version
Files *.xz can be successfully opened via Dolphin
Comment 1 Alex Bikadorov 2019-02-14 19:03:36 UTC
The problem is that the archive is not a tar.xz but only a single file which cannot be opened by krarc. It can still be opened with right-click->open with->Ark which is what Dolphin does automatically.
