SUMMARY
The button used to expand the list of recipient emails is showing a double arrow to the left when compacted and a double arrow up when expanded.

I believe this should have been the other way around, and it's like this by mistake.

I'd recommend that this button be placed in a more intuitive position: Have it be under the collapsed/expanded list next to a "Show more"/"Show less" message.
