SUMMARY
A quick and lazy hint for improving user friendlyness. (Junior job?)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Thumbnails panel (or other panels)
2. Look at the filter text box

OBSERVED RESULT
User does not know what these text boxes are good for.

EXPECTED RESULT
Default text like "Filter Pages..." explains purpose.
