Screenshot of partition manager next to another application (ksysguard) which does respect DE theme.

SUMMARY

With my desktop theme set to 'Breeze Dark', when I start the partition manager the application uses 'Breeze Light'

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set desktop theme to 'Breeze Dark'.
2. Launch partition manager.

OBSERVED RESULT

Application's theme is Breeze Light.

EXPECTED RESULT

Application's theme should be Breeze Dark.

Kubuntu 18.04

KDE Plasma Version: 5.12.7
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.44.0
Qt Version: 5.9.5

You need to set theme of root user in 3.3.

Next version of KDE Partition Manager does not run as root, so user theme is used.
