STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start FF nightly with GTK_USE_PORTAL=1
2. Press Ctrl+O or Ctrl+S

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
File save and/or open dialogs open

KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.54
Qt Version: 5.12

1. Does it work on your machine with X11?
2. Do you have the xdg-desktop-portal and xdg-desktop-portal-kde packages installed?

Both packages are installed and it is also broken on X11 now, but it 100% worked before.

Works for me. There was a recent update of xdg-desktop-portal on Arch, did you restart your session since then?

Also downgrading xdg-desktop-portal to previous version fixes this problem.

Digging deeper into the issue it seems like we are hitting https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/61444 and installing flatpak fixes that issue and also this issue.
