To reproduce the issue run "mkdir @\Xdb/". Attempting to delete that directory will give a "The file or folder does not exist" error.

Works for me in 18.12.1. Looks like it was fixed.

I am not sure what shell the reporter uses, but I am sure Arjun is creating a non-UTF-8 filename.
