This attched Video shows the oversized GUI

SUMMARY
When i start Krita the GUI is completly oversized, im not able to scroll in certain areas. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Im sorry, but i dont know how to reproduce this bug, but it still shows up when i delete all the config data.

The GUI and windows are oversized

Try to disable the hidpi switch in Krita's settings. If that doesn't work, the problem is with the window manager/desktop -- nothing in krita apart from that switch can be involved. You'll need to discuss that with the Mint people, or try to figure out which part of your system has set silly scaling factors for Qt applications.
