SUMMARY While native Krita shortcuts work just fine when assigning them to the tablet keys and softkeys, the shortcuts from python scripts don't work at all. I've tried using the Ten Brushes and the Ten Scripts shortcuts, and they do nothing. When using the keyboard, they work just fine. The tablet I'm using is a Huion new 1060 Plus (8192). STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Assign a brush to the shortcut Ctrl+Alt+1 (for instance) in Tools/Scripts/Ten Brushes. 2. Assign one of the tablet keys to Ctrl+Alt+1 3. Select the brush tool in Krita, and push the key while having any other brush different from the assigned brush in Ctrl+Alt+1. OBSERVED RESULT Nothing happens. EXPECTED RESULT Brush should change to the assigned brush. It does work when using the keyboard. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
Is this only an issue with the tablet? Or is it working ok with normal keyboard shortcuts using a keyboard? I just tested this on the latest nightly for Krita and it seems to be working ok with the keyboard. I am on Windows 10 64-bit as well. This is the version I tested on. https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Krita_Nightly_Windows_Build/ Maybe this is specific to the tablet buttons and how shortcuts are assigned to them
