Description Dennis Schridde 2019-01-13 14:05:58 UTC
SUMMARY
KAddressBook looses contact photos when merging two or more contacts, warning that some data might be lost, listing the photos as text "(undefined)", but giving no way to select a photo or preview it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a contact with photo and some duplicates of it, with or without photos
2. Select these contacts
3. Tools > Merge Contacts
4. Mark the contacts again

OBSERVED RESULT
Get the warning that some data might be lost, with a list of "(undefined)" photos, but no way to select either one or preview it. Photos will actually be lost if one presses "merge".

EXPECTED RESULT
KAddressBook should show previews of the photos and allow to select the contact photo to keep.

KDE Plasma Version: 5.10.1

Did the fix for bug 403174 also fix this issue?
