How a Plasma update looks

Right now the Updates page has three sections: Application Updates, System Updates, and Addons.

When there's a Plasma update, this is displayed as depicted in the attachment: as dozens of individual plasma components in the Application Updates section.

This is messy and non-ideal. It also makes it hard to find actual app updates that may be buries in there. I propose that for Plasma updates, we find a way to display a single "Plasma Desktop" item with a pretty icon at the very top of the System Updates section.

There are some good implementation ideas in the duped Bug 404341.
