The "Global Keyboard Shortcuts" window is too small if opened directly from KRunner. To be usable, the windows has to be resized manually by the user-


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KRunner
2. type "global shortcuts"
3. Hit enter

OBSERVED RESULT
The window "Global Keyboard Shortcuts" appears but is too small to be usable.

EXPECTED RESULT
A reasonably sized window appears.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 18.10 with kubuntu-ppa/backports
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.52.0

Still an issue with Plasma 5.16 pre-release (5.15.80) and KDE Frameworks 5.58
