SUMMARY

When closing a document and clicking in "Yes" when asked to save it, this error appeared.

1. I couldn't reproduce it, and it only happened once.

I've updated and tried to reproduce that bug, but haven't happened again so
far. But I couldn't reproduce it with 4.1.5 either.
