Description Sven Brauch 2019-01-06 14:06:33 UTC
Oftentimes, one opens a file from an email attachment or a web browser to review it (e.g. add some notes). When then trying to save the result, this often doesn't work, because the original file is gone. This is super annoying, since all annotations are effectively lost and cannot be saved.

There is no real reason for this behaviour, since Okular still has a valid file descriptor for the original file, and could just use that. It can still display the file as well, after all.

To reproduce, open a file from a KMail attachment, edit it for a while, and then try to save your work.
