file.kexi is not supported

SUMMARY
If I start kexi and try to open an existing kexi-db, I get an error messagelike in the attachment (abug since august)

Workaround: use the KEXI's recent list or Open dialog.

I think we will have 3.2 Beta so users will be able to test against the bug.
