Recently, here are a lot of renaming of files. Maily .desktop and .json files.

This brings a big trouble to Simplified Chinese team because we are using an online system (Crowdin) to synchronize the pot files and online translations. If here is a single file renamed, we can still upload the renamed file by hand. But if here are too many files renamed, we are out of control and have to work for weeks to get back our translations.

This was discussed and agreed in the mailing list noone complained.
