Copied from #400682 Encrypted partitions still show as duplicates (one "XGB encrypted partition" entry and, if mounted, one "$LABEL" entry). => If a LUKS device is opened, it should not show up any more. If all partitions in a LUKS device are umounted, it should appear again. This is - I think - how Nemo, Nautilus etc. do it, these file managers do not have that kind of issue and never had (since Ubuntu 12.04 at least).
Created attachment 138253 [details] bug I still have the same problem in Dolphin 20.12.3, KDE 5.21.4. In the attachment, the first and the fifth entry points to the same place, this also happens with the second and the third entry. Operating System: Kubuntu 21.04 KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.80.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Kernel Version: 5.11.0-16-generic OS Type: 64-bit Graphics Platform: X11 Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i5-8265U CPU @ 1.60GHz Memory: 15,5 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics 620
I am still also getting this. KDE Neon 20.04 with KDE 5.21.4 and all updates applied.

Created attachment 179179 [details] duplicate encrypted drive
I can confirm that this is still happening in: Operating System: Fedora Linux 41 KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.11.0 Qt Version: 6.8.2 Kernel Version: 6.13.5-200.fc41.x86_64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland as shown in the picture "duplicate encrypted drive" attached : Both "SSD-T7" (mounted unlocked partition) and the "Lecteur chiffré de ..." (LUKS partition) point to the unlocked partition, which is unnecessary. When mounted, only the unlocked partition "SSD-T7" should be shown, as Nautilus does for example. Additionally the mounted partition is shown in the wrong place : it should stay under the category "Removable drive" rather than being shown along the main internal drive.
