SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setup ARandR for dual triple displays. Apply.
2. Open KRDC.
3. Move the window to secondary monitor.
4. Click on a Menu item (File, Session, Bookmarks, Settings, or Help).

OBSERVED RESULT
When clicking on the menus (File, Session, Bookmarks, Settings, or Help), the sub-items below them are displayed half way down the screen instead of right under them. This only happens when the window is on an external screen. When on the primary screen (laptop), the menus show up fine.

This sounds mostly as a qt bug rendering menus. Also, no version is specified and the attachment is not actually a screenshot as stated.
