SUMMARY
Touchscreen input used to work in Falkon (Bug 402257) and Telegram but now doesn't anymore.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Falkon or Telegram in Wayland session on device with touchscreen 
2. Tap on input field
3. Nothing happens

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens


EXPECTED RESULT
Virtual keyboard should show up

Windows:

please attach output of

WAYLAND_DEBUG=1 falkon when you try and use the virtual keyboard.

Also kwin logs from ~/.local/share/sddm/wayland-session.log

and reopen

You need to do this from the Wayland session, not from a tty.
