SUMMARY
Artifact while moving a transparent window with the wobbly effect

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on Kwin's wobbly effect
2. open Konsole > Edit current profile > Appearance > Edit > change the background transparency to e.g. 35%
3. Move the Konsole window

OBSERVED RESULT
A horizontal line appears between the titlebar and the main window

EXPECTED RESULT
That line should not appear.

That's texture bleeding.
Probably dup of bug 257566.

I just wanted to add that this isn't just about the wobbly effect or translucency. You could also see it when showing the desktop cube, sphere or cylinder with opaque windows and opaque title bars.
