Buggy FB2 document

SUMMARY
Okular crashes on some FB2 files

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open attached FB2 file with Okular

OBSERVED RESULT
Okular will crash

EXPECTED RESULT
Document is opened or error message is shown.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux OpenSUSE Tumbleweed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Attached document does not contain some required XML nodes, for example <title-info>.
