I can confirm this. I think this is due to the commit 206a00f9585811f2851b9ce62f6d634cd3c7e822. I solved this by creating the file .config/pulse/default.pa with the contents .include /etc/pulse/default.pa set-card-profile alsa_card.pci-0000_00_1b.0 output:analog-stereo+input:analog-stereo but it isn't the same. There are also other reports on the Manjaro forum. My OS is Manjaro with KDE 5.14.4 and kernel 4.19.12. My sound card is Intel NM10/ICH7 Family High Definition Audio. Pulseaudio is version 12.2.
