Created attachment 117059 [details] Slideshow in timeline SUMMARY A slideshow clip is cut in many pieces and added to the library. The library clip is imported to a new project and expanded in the timeline. All pieces start with the first image. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create a slideshow with Filename pattern. 2. Add it to timeline and cut it into 3 pieces, see screenshot. 3. Add all to library. 4. Import the library clip into new project. 5. Play the project. All good, i.e. the image sequence is played with black gaps. 6. Expand the timeline clip and play the project. OBSERVED RESULT All 3 clips star with the first image. EXPECTED RESULT The image sequence remains unchanged. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 10
The whole library function as descript here: https://kdenlive.org/en/project/the-library-copy-paste-between-projects/ doesn’t work in anymore. Will be re-implemented in the upcoming refactoring version. Try without the library function.
Lots of issues are solved in the meantime including library issue. Please try with version 20.08.1.

Verified on v20.0.8, resolved. There was only a minor (not reproducible) issue. When I first time expanded the clip in step 6 the clip vanished from the timeline. After undo, I couldn't reproduce that.
Thank you for the feedback and contribution.
