Hi

The zoom increment of Gwenview is too large by far for my taste. It would be nice if it could be configured.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.12.7

bye

The increment was reduced recently, so you may prefer the current state in version 18.08 or 18.12. Making it configurable doesn't make sense though; no other app does that. Better to have a sane default, and that people won't feel the need to ask for configurability. :)

Hi

I've built gwenview from the git sources (version 19.03.70), and the zoom increment is still at 41%. That's much too large. I'd like something like 10% or 15%. The larger increment of some time ago was 50%. Now it's not a big change.

I don't get why making it configurable doesn't make sense. And I don't get what you mean by "no other app does that".

I still think that it would be best, if the increment could be configured. Isn't it the KDE Way (R) to make everything configurable? ;-)

P.S.:

The geeqie image viewer has a configurable zoom increment. Its default is 5%. Doesn' that contradict "no other app does that"?
