STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to save a jpeg file in Firefox set to use xdg-desktop-portal-kde
2. Try to save the file under a correct extension for a jpeg file

OBSERVED RESULT
file is saved as `<filename>.[jJ][pP][eE][gG]`

EXPECTED RESULT
file can be saved as the original file name or a file name of the user’s choice, ending with a correct extension (jpe/jpeg/jpg).
