SUMMARY
I can't locate anymore the Configure KStars submenu under the Settings menu item.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KStars
2. Click on the Settings menu item
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The Configure KStars submenu option is not displayed

EXPECTED RESULT
The Configure KStars submenu option should be displayed

It's called Preferences on MacOS. Click on "KStars" next on Preferences.
