Windows umbrello builds from binary factory crashes on startup without any further notice.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download umbrello binary package from https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Umbrello_Nightly_win64/
2. start umbrello5

OBSERVED RESULT
The application does not start, it exists silently

EXPECTED RESULT
The application should start


SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows 7 or 10
KDE Frameworks Version: not detectable, the application info screen is not accessible
Qt Version: not detectable, the application info screen is not accessible

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS
dbgview (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/debugview) 
shows, that umbrello it is not able to find a dbus-daemon, which seems to be a packaging issue.
