Log of update believed to cause issue

SUMMARY
Cannot remove items in dolphin or kde desktop. Message pops up:
Unable to create io-slave. klauncher said: Error loading '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/kf5/kio/trash.so'.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Latest update on Debian Testing Buster (12/17)
2. Press del button or context 'move to trash' to try to remove a file, either desktop or dolphin
3. see error message

OBSERVED RESULT
Item not moved to trash
Unable to create io-slave. klauncher said: Error loading '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/kf5/kio/trash.so'.

EXPECTED RESULT
Item should be moved to trash

I think this happened recently as I updated some packages Sunday.

Fixed issue by running the command "dbus-launch dolphin"
