SUMMARY
I was trying to use plasma snap for testing. but got an error 
`
Xsession: unable to lunch "snap run plasma-desktop.startkde" session ---
"snap run plasma-desktop.startkde" not found. falling back to....
`

FIX
change "Exec=snap run plasma-desktop.startkde" to 
"Exec=/snap/bin/plasma-desktop.startkde" in plasma-snap.desktop file


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. sudo snap install --edge --devmode plasma-desktop
2. sudo wget https://metadata.neon.kde.org/snap/plasma-snap.desktop -O /usr/share/xsessions/plasma-snap.desktop
3. select plasma snap from login screen

OBSERVED RESULT
launching error 

EXPECTED RESULT
no error
